RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase—we hope you are delighted with your item. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return it for a full refund, store credit, or exchange. Please refer to the return policy below for full details.
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at enquiries@shimansky.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have received your RMA, securely package the item in its original packaging along with the proof of purchase, and send it to the following address:

Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring your return, as Shimansky is not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take one to two billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your card issuer. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Returns are only accepted for stock items. Custom-made pieces, items with special finger sizing, or any item that has been worn, used, or cannot be resold in its original condition are not eligible for return.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us using the details provided below to arrange a return, refund, or exchange.
Please Note:
At Shimansky, your satisfaction and confidence in your purchase are important to us. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your jewellery purchase, you may return the item in its original condition within 30 days of the purchase date.
Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected, and if approved, a refund or exchange will be processed based on the original purchase price. Please allow up to 30 business days from the date of receipt for the refund or exchange to be authorized.
Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility, and any costs incurred by Shimansky in receiving the item will be deducted from the final refund amount.
